Immediately Hiring: Stackers / Packers– 2nd Shift
Location: New Holland, PA
Pay:$18.50/hr
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Stacker/Packers for a top rated food manufacturing facility in New Holland, PA. If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, this is a great chance to join a production team.
No extensive experience required!
What You'll Do
  • Package, stack, label, and box finished products
  • Inspect products, packaging, labels, and codes for quality and accuracy
  • Assemble boxes and operate basic packaging equipment
  • Assist with production line setup and changeovers
  • Move materials using hand jacks and scales as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • 3-6 months experience in a manufacturing, food production or packaging
  • Reliable transportation to New Holland, PA
