Join Millennium Print Group as an Overwrap Line Lead! Millennium Print Group (MPG) is seeking an experienced Overwrap Line Lead to support high-volume manufacturing operations on our production floor. This is a senior-level, non-supervisory role ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: 12 hr, (2,2,3,2) Night and Day Availability
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + overtime eligibility + full benefits package
What You'll Do:
  • Provide daily guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to overwrap line operators
  • Support safe, efficient overwrap production operations while meeting quality and delivery standards
  • Assist team members with troubleshooting common overwrap line issues, including film feed, sealing, and wrapping adjustments
  • Serve as a key point of contact for daily production activities and escalate issues as needed
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of assigned personnel
  • Coordinate with Quality and Training teams to maintain consistent production standards
  • Ensure adherence to job jacket instructions, standard work, and quality requirements
  • Monitor production output to reduce waste, rework, and downtime
  • Promote and enforce safety, housekeeping, and security protocols on the production floor
  • Support compliance with ISO 9001, QMS procedures, and company policies

What You'll Bring:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience; prior experience as a working lead preferred
  • Experience in overwrap, packaging, converting, or similar manufacturing operations preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 environments and manufacturing quality systems
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written work instructions
