Job description

Kemps in Minneapolis has an opening for an operator to run and maintain our caseless and bossy machines as well pulling of product.
Hours: 2:30pm - 1:00am Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prep the work areas to receive product
  • Ensure all pallets or bossy carts have the correct product and amounts
  • Receive assigned products from production and move into proper inventory location.
  • Maintain proper code rotation on all assigned products.
  • Keep all assigned products pulled up and faced off to facilitate proper order picking.
  • Replenish inventory as needed or directed.
  • Report and product shortages as directed to the Supervisor.
  • Assemble customer orders in the assigned section of the load out department as need

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Production or general work experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
  • Able to effectively work in a team environment
  • Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
