Position Overview: As a Line Cook at Seis Kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in the culinary team, responsible for executing dishes with precision and consistency on the line. Working in our scratch kitchen, you will contribute to delivering the authentic flavors and exceptional dining experience that our guests expect.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the line.
  • Maintain day to day cleanliness and organization of the cooking stations, including equipment and utensils.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and other pre-service tasks as needed.
  • Uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a line cooks or in a similar culinary role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and ability to stand for extended periods

Physical Requirements:
