POSITION INFO:
POSITION TITLE: Fulfilment Specialist
DEPARTMENT/CATEGORY: Production
JOB TYPE: Hourly
SHIFT: C1- 12 Hours Day Shift
REPORTS TO: Packaging Supervisor
LOCATION: Greensboro
PERFORMANCE SUMMARY:
This position is located within the packaging department and reports to the Packaging Supervisor. The Pack-Line packer will manipulate product from packaging bins to a customer ready state.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Packaging Assignments: Packaging assignments will be received from the packaging coordinator for each item packed throughout the shift.
• Finished Goods Functions (FGPS): Know and understand the FGPS functions, including production order completion, and scanning capabilities for packers.
• Performance: Responsible for monitoring and recording production output daily and maintaining a productivity level as required by the production standard.
• Support & Complete Safety Programs: Promote safe work behavior and strong housekeeping habits and methods within the packaging department and through-out the NIBCO Greensboro facility.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
