What You Can Expect

This role is responsible for answering and providing information to customers, Healthcare professionals regarding activities, offices and employees within the organization. Performs varied and diverse office clerical duties. Requires knowledge of office systems and office procedures. Duties include answering phones, typing, office machine operations, document scanning, faxing and filing.

This position is onsite 5 days per week in Baltimore, MD.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Answer and make phones calls and direct calls and receive messages.
  • Communicate with Healthcare professionals to answer question and explain information
  • Accurately enter data into the LIMS
  • Reviews all requisitions for missing information, works to obtain missing information in a timely manner, and distributes new information to all departments involved
  • Reports problem holds and provides resolution in a timely manner
  • Obtain customers' names, addresses and billing information
  • Files copies of information received in LIMS
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Coordinates and communicates issues to Healthcare professionals and customers in a timely manner
  • Address inquiries related to patient results and test submission in a timely manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by customer service manager or the team lead.
  • Read source documents such as emails and faxes and enter data into LIMS in a timely manner.
  • Compile information about new accounts, enter and maintain account information and file related forms and documents.
