Job Responsibilities:

The Task Force Front Office Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lightspeed Sheraton and be able to travel at a moment's notice.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests with inquiries and requests
