Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-8 months
Looking for qualified candidates for a Project Manager position at our NE Ohio area client. This job is open to remote candidate willing to work in eastern time zone. Our client is beginning to outsource their NOC and looking for a project manager to oversee the outsourcing for approximately 6-8 months.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the outsourcing of our clients Network Operations Center to a 3rd party.
  • Create Dashboard and KPI's
  • Documentation

Experience, Skills, Knowledge
  • Process oriented
  • Ideal candidate will have managed the outsourcing of a function to 3rd party (i.e. Infrastructure, Application or Helpdesk)
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong Power Point Skills
