What You Will Do With Us As the District Administrative Specialist based in our Calgary Main location, you will be the first point of contact providing exemplary client service encompassing a high level of professionalism. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide general administrative support and offer general assistance & information to callers on banner products, locations, addresses and contacts. How You Will Thrive With Us * You will be the face of the branch and be the first point of contact and will  answer all inquiries and telephone calls with a high level of passion and enthusiasm * You are professional and looking to make a difference by ensuring you provide a high  level of customer service * You will make a difference by helping your fellow colleagues by taking on administrative tasks and also ensuring that they receive all the documentation to do their job in a timely fashion. * You will be a Brand Ambassador and will enhance every customer experience with your ability to offer exceptional service, your great communication skills and your friendly demeanour and ensure all company policies are followed.
