Position Overview: As a Lighting Technician, you will play a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere and mood of our productions. Working closely with our production team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating lighting setups that enhance the narrative and emotional impact of our performances.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with directors, designers, and stage crew to develop lighting concepts that align with the artistic vision of each production. Design and program lighting cues using industry-standard software and equipment. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot lighting fixtures, dimmers, and control systems. Operate lighting consoles during rehearsals and performances, adjusting cues as needed to maintain quality and consistency. Participate in load-ins, technical rehearsals, and strike, providing support for all aspects of production as required.

Qualifications: Previous experience in theatrical lighting design and operation. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of electrical principles and safety protocols. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as production schedules require.
