Location: Lighthouse Senior Living – South Tampa & Palma Ceia

Schedule: All shifts

Position Summary:

Lighthouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN (As needed) Caregiver and med-tech to provide high-quality care and support to our residents during evening and overnight hours. This role is essential in ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting a calm and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care needs including toileting, bathing, dressing, and repositioning as needed

  • Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to call lights and requests

  • Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition to the nurse or supervisor

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and sanitation tasks in resident areas

  • Assist with overnight routines and morning prep when needed

  • Document care provided per community policies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home health preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable

  • Ability to work independently overnight

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must pass background screening and meet state requirements
