We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Union, NJ call center. This is a full-time, in-office role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • At least 1-year prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
