About the Role:

This position requires a balance of vigilance and teaching ability, as the instructor/lifeguard will monitor the pool area for any potential hazards while simultaneously leading lessons for individuals or groups. The ultimate goal is to foster a safe and enjoyable environment where participants can learn essential swimming skills and water safety practices. Additionally, the Instructor/Lifeguard will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the aquatic facility. This role is vital in promoting a culture of safety and health within the community through effective education and supervision. CP offers training for this role.
