Job description

Position Description This position oversees the aquatic center during open swim and swim lesson times. Gives job direction and directs the day-to-day responsibilities of aquatic staff including lifeguards, swim instructors, birthday party hosts and pool attendants. Ensures quality programming and strict safety guidelines.

Provides excellent customer service and handles customer situations in a positive and professional manner. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must hold a current Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.

WSI certified is preferred. Lifeguard Instructor Certification is highly desired.
