KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Ivalua Source to Pay to join our Advisory Services practice.



Responsibilities:
  • Act as an Ivalua solution architect accountable for the design and implementation of Ivalua capabilities supporting the Source to Pay (STP) workstream, with a specific focus on Indirect Procurement and Services and Direct Procurement, Direct Material Sourcing, and Intercompany purchasing processes
  • Accountable for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the STP workstream, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation
  • Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge and proficiency for Ivalua and apply this expertise to solve complex client business requirements
  • Support business development activities such as opportunity identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines, service networks, or industries
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our KPMG Ivalua implementation methodologies and intellectual capital by performing research in support of Ivalua initiatives
  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Ivalua background;  including at multiple full lifecycle implementations 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field is required
  • Deep functional and configuration expertise in Indirect Procurement and Services and Direct Procurement, Intercompany transactions 
  • Experience with end-to-end Source to Pay processes such as Accounts Payable, Invoice automation and payments, and supplier onboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships; Particular experience leading and facilitating design sessions with key client leadership teams
  • Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a quality level to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management team
  • Ability travel as needed
