Role Summary
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most through:
  • Life insurance needs assessments
  • Building and maintaining a client base
  • Following up to ensure clients are properly covered
  • Partnering with our team for leads and support (where applicable)
  • Providing great service to drive referrals and reviews

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build your book of business
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent activity
  • Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, compliant way
  • Maintain follow-up schedules to support retention and policy growth
  • Cultivate customer experiences that lead to strong Google reviews

Qualifications
  • Licensed in Life Insurance (TN, MS, AL, AR)
