Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and convert new leads into long-term clients
  • Consult with individuals and businesses to assess their insurance needs and provide customized coverage options
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Deliver superior customer service through regular client contact and policy reviews
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall agency growth
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, market trends, and compliance regulations
  • Effectively use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and support agency-wide sales initiatives

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; insurance experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience communicating and negotiating with clients.
  • Confident making outbound calls and closing sales.
  • Experience in consultative sales with individual consumers or small business clients.
  • Experience with personal lines and life insurance products preferred.
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license.
