As an Insurance Sales Representative with Farmers Insurance- Michelle Bopp Agency, you will be at the forefront of helping individuals, families, and businesses secure peace of mind by providing tailored insurance solutions. This role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and entrepreneurial initiative. Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage prospective customers to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Sell auto, home, life, and other personal lines of insurance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and customer service.
  • Educate clients on coverage options and policy features.
  • Process applications, manage policy changes, and ensure all compliance standards are met.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.

Requirements
  • Must currently have an active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License.
  • Willing to obtain Life license within 30 days of hire.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings, CRM systems, and remote communications.
  • Must be available to attend in-person training at our East Lansing office for an initial onboarding period.
