                Opens and closes the restaurant.

                Maintains Food, Labor, and Cash Controls.

                Promotes a professional image while encouraging a fun work environment.

                Accurately completes required daily and weekly paperwork.

                Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.
