AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an In-Patient CNA. This position is Full-time (11:45pm - 8:15am) at our Hospice Inpatient Facility in Greensboro (Beacon Place) with the following schedule:
Week 1: Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
Week 2: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday
Job Summary:
To provide compassionate, basic personal care for patients with limited life expectancy under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides comfort/sensitivity to patient and caregiver's emotional concerns and needs. Respond appropriately to emergency situations. Maintains a clean, safe environment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant program and familiarity with basic computer skills and functions.
  • Currently listed as NA I with NC Department of Human Services with no substantiated findings of neglect, abuse or misappropriation of resident property.
  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Must have excellent telephone communication skills.

Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
