• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing specific mental health concerns while incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused and trauma-informed therapies, tailored to individual clients during sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records using our practice management software, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
• Facilitate client and family education sessions to enhance understanding and support during treatment.
• Stay informed about advancements in the field of mental health, incorporating new research findings into your practice.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. As an LICSW with Mind Wellness Counseling, you will work with clients primarily experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients from different walks of life will be essential in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy and trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tailor interventions to unique client needs.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms, ensuring effective remote service delivery to clients.
