• Conduct initial assessments to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals, families, and groups through video conferencing, telephone, and secure messaging options.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and coordinated care to clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying current with the latest methodologies and research in mental health.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing counseling services, specifically through digital platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of ethical practices and legal regulations pertinent to telehealth counseling.

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or family therapy.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.
