As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting and supervising the daily activities of Nursing Assistants. You'll be a key member of our care team, helping ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders.

  • Administer medications safely and accurately, following the Five Rights of Medication Administration.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
