Job description

Salary: $16.50 to $20/Hour Plus Commissions

We are a local and established real estate inspection company that is interviewing TREC Licensed Professional Inspectors and soon to be licensed Professional Inspectors.


This is a position that requires an open mind, the willingness to learn, patience, good character, a strong work ethic, a good attitude, willingness to help others, willingness to get dirty working outside in hot and cold, crawling around in hot attics, climbing roofs, and a desire to grow and learn new skills.


Required skills and traits are a teachable and open mind ready to learn, the ability to read and write with proper grammar, able interact with and get along with others, physical fitness, and able to provide the highest level of customer service on a daily basis.


Hourly pay is $16.5-$20/hour Plus commissions per job completed. Full-time licensed Professional Inspectors will earn on average $50k- $70k+ per year. We keep our inspectors busy, and they do well!


Applicants must pass a background check, have a good record, and operate at the highest level of integrity at all times.
