Position Description
The Anoka County Library system enriches the community by promoting and supporting ideas, information, and inspiration. Our librarians engage and connect the public through a vast array of library services and resources. The Library Department is seeking an energetic, motivated, and serviceoriented individual to join our team as a Library Supervisor. The Library Supervisor helps ensure smooth daily operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and supports staff in providing highquality library services to the community. This role plays a key part in fostering a welcoming environment, coordinating circulation and cataloging functions, and empowering patrons to access the materials and resources they need. If you have a passion for community engagement, operational excellence, and supporting staff success, we encourage you to apply.
This is a full-time, exempt, on-siteposition. Initial interviews will take place the week of September 14, 2026 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
