Job description


As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies for our Refrigerant and Applied Solutions (RAS) group. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involves understanding customer needs and creating targeted marketing campaigns. In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By leveraging your expertise in customer marketing, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand perception, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.
This position can be based in our Morris Plains, NJ or Houston, TX locations and reports to the Sr Director of Customer Marketing, Refrigerant and Applied Solutions (RAS).
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development and execution of digital (webinars, podcasts, videos) and live experience campaigns, including email, social media, new product launches, and digital promotions to drive traffic and attendance
  • Manage the customer journey for digital and live experiences (conferences, trade shows, onstage appearances, meetings and events), ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
  • Develop and execute customer case studies and co-marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty, aligning with channel management teams, which contribute to the RAS business growth and impact
  • Manage stakeholder communications, sales enablement collateral, and digital asset library
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and offering management, to understand customer needs, value proposition, personas, and the customer decision journey to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify content opportunities and provide insights for improvement, including thought leadership and derivative content strategies
  • Capture key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurements of campaign return on investment (ROI), interfacing with internal agency and regional marketing colleagues for comprehensive reporting
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to monitor and optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Work with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of proven track record in delivering measured results through planning, managing, executing and measuring broad based marketing initiatives in a B2B environment
  • 5+ years of experience with effective communication of strategy to customers, content development, and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Business writing and editing skills
  • Proven project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo and WorkFront
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApp platforms
  • Understanding of a two-step distribution model and channel marketing strategies is a plus

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary for this position is $99,708-$124,635. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
