What you'll do:

• Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify modeling needs and form the strategy of each project.
• Develop simulation models and present results to leadership.
• Develop and present clear data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Support data governance by promoting data quality standards, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory policies.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulations to support complex business decisions.
• Proficiency with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL for effective data extraction and quality assessment.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, governance, and enterprise data strategy principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to communicate insights clearly.
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization, transportation management, and logistics engineering to inform data-driven recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior analysts.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
