Job Description

The Galley is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our marketing, sales, and product development efforts through the creation of high-quality print and digital assets.

This full-time, in-office position is responsible for developing marketing collateral, sales materials, website assets, product documentation, and other creative resources that support The Galley brand. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to combine colors, imagery, fonts, and layouts into compelling marketing and sales materials.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of the requirements and limitations of each.
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across all materials.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and effective visual communications.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through final production and delivery.
  • Experience with photo retouching, color correction, and image editing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, rendering software, or technical drawing programs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent visual standards across all product lines and marketing materials by adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Design and produce brochures, catalogs, advertisements, presentations, web graphics, trade show materials, dealer resources, and other sales and marketing collateral.
  • Create and maintain website imagery, digital content, product photography assets, and other brand resources.
  • Manage the company's creative asset library, including file organization, version control, photography, templates, logos, renderings, and supporting design assets.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create both marketing and technical design assets.
  • Coordinate with printers, photographers, vendors, and external partners to support the production and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support product launches, dealer communications, events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives through the creation of creative assets and collateral.
  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, file management, and administrative support within the marketing department.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, in-office position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
  • Reports to the Director of Marketing.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
