About This Role

The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support the development of marketing materials and documentation in line with global brand standards. This role will focus heavily on graphic design, with an emphasis on creating impactful content using tools such as Adobe InDesign and Canva. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality materials that support both internal and external communication needs.

This role will liaise with media professionals and working closely with sales and marketing people from our North American divisions to help them publicize and sell products and services in the region.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation
Β Β Β Β Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, technical documentation, and sales collateral, in Adobe InDesign and Canva.
Β Β Β Β Create visually engaging digital and print assets (flyers, banners, presentations, templates, and infographics) that adhere to corporate identity and global marketing guidelines.
Β Β Β Β Support the creation of branded social media and medical posts to strengthen online visibility and engagement.
Β Β Β Β Manage version control and updates to product documentation and catalogs.

Marketing Support
Β Β Β Β Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt and localize assets for the North American market.
Β Β Β Β Develop and maintain a library of templates, graphics, and layouts for consistent branding.
Β Β Β Β Support trade shows and events with designed collateral, signage, and promotional material.
Β Β Β Β Ensure design alignment across all communication channels and platforms.

Essential Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

Β Β Β Β Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Β Β Β Β 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing support.
Β Β Β Β Experience designing documentation, catalogs, and collateral for B2B audiences.
Β Β Β Β Familiarity with corporate/global brand guidelines and working within structured frameworks.

Β Β Β Β Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Β Β Β Β Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Β Β Β Β Video editing not required but a plus.
Β Β Β Β Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Β Β Β Β Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Compensation range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD
