Job Skills/Requirements
Summary
Under the direction of the account or area manager, the supervisor is responsible for the daily cleaning of one or more buildings, including direct supervision and training of cleaning associates.
Core Responsibilities
  • Monitor facility security/safety by ensuring doors are locked after operating hours
  • Measure, label, and use chemicals following proper procedures and adhering to safety protocol
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
  • Empty Trash
  • High and low dusting
  • Clean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areas
  • Report maintenance issues of the facility and/or equipment to the Account Manager
  • Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment
  • Provide work direction to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the manager
  • Perform routine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnel
  • Serve as backup for absent personnel

Physical Requirements

  2. A pre-employment drug screen, continuous motor vehicle monitoring, and criminal background check are required.
  3. Must be able to be counted and relied upon; be on time.
  4. Must agree to wear any and all necessary personal protective equipment.
