Job description

Nxt Property Management is seeking a strategic, highly organized Senior Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day marketing partner between Nxt and the Marketing & Brand Experience team.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that blends account management,marketing strategy, business development, project coordination, presentationdevelopment and graphic design. You'll work directly with Nxt leadership, ownership groups and property teams to understand business needs, translate priorities into effective marketing solutions, and ensure projects move from request to completion.

You'll also own Nxt's new-business pitch materials, helping showcase the company's capabilities, performance and value to prospective clients and ownership groups.

This is not a people-management position or a hands-on digital campaign management role. Digital execution is supported by external partners, while you serve as the strategic liaison between Nxt stakeholders, Marketing leadership, Creative Services and outside agencies.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary marketing and Creative Services contact for Nxt Property Management.
  • Represent Marketing in applicable Nxt ownership, leadership and operations meetings.
  • Build a strong understanding of property performance, occupancy priorities, owner expectations and competitive conditions.
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable marketing strategies and creative requests.
  • Provide proactive recommendations and strategic guidance rather than simply taking orders.
  • Own the development, design and ongoing maintenance of Nxt new-business pitch decks.
  • Customize pitch presentations for specific opportunities and partner with Nxt andDevelopment leadership on storytelling and case studies.
  • Maintain an organized library of statistics, photography, testimonials and other supporting materials.
  • Participate in new-business presentations and owner meetings as needed.
  • Create and modify presentations, marketing collateral and property materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Apply strong design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout and brand consistency.
  • Partner with Creative Services on more complex or specialized design projects.
  • Serve as the Nxt liaison to Marketing leadership and external digital marketing partners.
  • Communicate property-level priorities that may influence digital marketing strategy.
  • Understand key digital marketing metrics and confidently participate inperformance conversations.
  • Route marketing and creative requests through established traffic-management processes.
  • Develop complete, actionable creative briefs and proactively track projects through completion.
  • Communicate project status, deadlines and potential delays before they become issues.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business or arelated field preferred.
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in marketing, account management, agency services, in-house marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in an agency account-management or in-house marketing business-partner role strongly preferred.
  • Professional graphic design skills with working proficiency in Adobe InDesignand Illustrator; Photoshop experience preferred.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.
  • Excellent project management, organization and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work withexecutives, owners and property leaders.
  • Ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical marketingsolutions.
  • Multifamily or property management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-pacedenvironment.
