Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Opportunities

Providence, RI & Surrounding Areas
$22–$25/hour | Full-Time Hours | Immediate Openings

Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, or Facilities Technician looking for your next opportunity?

The Liberty Group is hiring NOW for multiple residential communities throughout Providence and surrounding Rhode Island areas.

We have immediate assignments available, along with contract-to-hire opportunities for technicians looking for a path to permanent employment.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the property and your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Apartment turns and make-readies

  • Basic plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and leaks

  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and fixture replacement

  • Appliance repair and installation

  • Drywall patching and painting

  • Basic carpentry and hardware repairs

  • Work order completion

  • Preventive maintenance

  • Property and grounds upkeep

  • HVAC troubleshooting for qualified technicians

What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates with previous experience in:

  • Apartment or multifamily maintenance

  • Residential property maintenance

  • Hotel or hospitality maintenance

  • Building or facilities maintenance

  • Property turns, make-readies, or renovations

Reliable transportation is strongly preferred, as opportunities are available at multiple properties throughout the Providence area.
