Position: Dialysis Care Partner (Peritoneal Dialysis Support)
Start Date: December 30, 2025
Rate: $20.83 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dialysis Care Partner to provide peritoneal dialysis support for a client who performs home dialysis using a Liberty machine. This role is intended to provide respite coverage when the client's primary caregiver-her son-is unavailable.
Training at Fresenius is scheduled in two weeks, and ongoing coordination with the care team will be provided to ensure safe and consistent support.
This position is ideal for someone who values patient dignity, understands the complexity of dialysis care, and wants to make a meaningful impact during an important care transition.
Care Responsibilities:
  • Unhook the catheter after dialysis
  • Provide calm, reliable support during PM dialysis routine
  • Follow safety protocols related to peritoneal dialysis

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
  • Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Liberty a plus)
  • Open to in-home dialysis care and completing provided training
  • Calm, patient, and dependable-especially during care transitions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a clinical team
  • Must pass a Herewith background check

Preference:
  • Ideally someone already trained in peritoneal dialysis
  • Experienced and dependable care partner
