The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $121,000 - $177,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:What you will Do in this Role:

What We are Looking For:

  • Significant experience in material handling, automation, warehouse operations, solution development, engineering, or consulting leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical or consulting professionals.
  • Advanced knowledge of material handling technologies, automation systems, and software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational challenges and solution alternatives.
  • Expertise in automation solution development, concept validation, and system building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
