Job description

Manufacturing Experience Required

This is NOT a general warehouse position.


We are seeking experienced Order Pullers who have worked in manufacturing, industrial production, fabrication, or similar industrial environments. This is a full-time, day shift position with a fast-paced production schedule.

Candidates whose experience is limited to warehouse operations, distribution centers, Amazon fulfillment centers, shipping/receiving, or retail logistics will not be considered.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production environment
  • Experience handling industrial materials and working in a fast-paced production setting
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Forklift experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Responsibilities

  • Pull, stage, and prepare materials according to work orders and production schedules
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
  • Verify dimensions and specifications using a tape measure
  • Prepare materials for production, fabrication, or shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material records
  • Follow all safety procedures and production requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recent experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial production, metalworking, or a related environment
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Forklift certification is a plus
