Responsibilities

- Present finance and protection products based on each customer's needs to enhance their ownership experience.

- Secure financing through our network of lending partners while obtaining the best possible approvals for our guests.

- Build value in finance, protection, and aftermarket products through a transparent, customer-focused approach.

- Be actively involved on the showroom floor early in the sales process to support both customers and the sales team.

- Partner closely with sales associates and managers to help drive dealership performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Coach and train sales associates on finance products, protection products, compliance, and value-building techniques.

- Serve as a positive team player who leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

- Review, monitor, and ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.

- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership administrative staff.

- Ensure every deal complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

- Manage lender portfolio and funding to ensure timely contract processing.

- Set and maintain an organized, efficient finance department schedule.

- Process title paperwork and work closely with administrative offices as needed.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, product knowledge, and overall dealership performance.

- Previous automotive finance experience preferred
