Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Saint Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Notcutnal Critical Care/Intensivist physician to join our well-established team in Lexington, KY as we move towards a closed ICU model. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Offer Includes:

  • Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative compensation model to follow.

  • Additional quality-based bonus

  • Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance

  • 1 week CME, $4,000

  • Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage

  • Eligible for student loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness programs

Job Requirements

Education :

  • Successful completion of an accredited Residency Program in U.S. or Canada

  • Successful completion of an accredited Critical Care Fellowship

License/Certification:

  • Kentucky License/Eligible

  • DEA

  • Board certification or active participation in the examination process
