Mechanic II- Frac

As an Mechanic II- Frac, you will diagnose and perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on company assets, including DOT and Completions Services equipment.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DOT and Completions Services equipment according to company standards and timelines
• Accurately document maintenance activities, failures, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Identify, order, and replace parts and equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues
• Conduct routine tool and equipment inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
• Support and assist lower-level Mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
About You (Qualifications & Experience)
We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certificate preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related mechanical experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Licenses: Valid Driver License required; DOT License preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer use
• Familiarity with RTA Fleet Management Software preferred
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Additional Skills:
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems
Your Work Schedule & Hours
⏳Work shifts up to 12 hours
⏳Overtime as needed
⏳10/5 Rotation Schedule (Ten days on, 5 days off)
⏳Hours may vary based on operational needs
