Commercial HVAC Foreman – Nationwide Travel - High Earnings Potential

The client is a HVAC leader hiring 5 experienced Commercial HVAC Foremen to lead traveling crews on major commercial replacement projects across the U.S. If you’re a road warrior who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants 1,000+ overtime hours per year, and enjoys leading a strong crew, this is the job you’ve been looking for.
LOCATION: 100% Travel | Remote | Road Warrior
TYPE: Direct Hire with client
HOURLY PAY: $35/hr plus OT and Per Diem
SCHEDULE: 3-4 weeks on the road, one week off work
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Foreman, you’ll lead and execute full-scope HVAC replacement projects including:

  • Install commercial rooftop units, adapter curbs, gas piping, electrical disconnect/reconnect, controls/EMS/life safety wiring, condensate systems, and more
  • Oversee crane lifts and unit setting
  • Ensure strict jobsite safety compliance for your entire crew
  • Manage a field team of 4–6 technicians, including timekeeping and task coordination
  • Read and interpret blueprints and site drawings at a high level
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and office staff
  • Operate and/or gain certification in:
    • MEWP
    • Telehandler Forklift
    • Crane Rigger/Signal Person
    • OSHA-10

Requirements
We want strong leaders with:

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC install experience
  • 2+ Foreman, Journeyman, Management, Supervisory, Lead or Senior level experience
  • Hands-on expertise with rooftop units, adapter curbs, electrical work, and safety compliance
  • Ability to obtain state-required licenses (Journeyman where applicable)
  • Strong communication and mobile device proficiency
  • Willingness to work 60–70 hours/week during projects
  • 100% Travel Required
  • Valid Driver’s License & dependable driving record
  • Ability to pass:
    • National background check
    • MVR check
    • Pre-employment drug screening
    • High school diploma or equivalent
