Level III Commissioned Security Officers

AAA Security Guard Services is currently hiring Level III Commissioned Security Officers to join our team of dedicated security professionals. This role is ideal for experienced officers who take pride in maintaining safety, security, and professionalism at all times. As a Commissioned Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding client properties, assets, and personnel while proactively preventing and responding to security incidents. Candidates should possess strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to integrity and public safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible security presence
  • Control and monitor facility access points
  • Address and remove unauthorized individuals as required
  • Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment
  • Respond to suspicious activity and security concerns promptly
  • Prepare detailed daily reports and incident documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Active Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security Guard License and Pocket Card
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Commissioned Security Officer (military or related experience preferred)
  • Must supply own duty equipment, including firearm, duty belt, handcuffs, baton, and OC spray (certification required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong understanding of security operations and public safety protocols
  • Excellent written communication and reporting skills
