Job description

Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City based law firm, has an employment opportunity for an associate attorney with three to five years of significant litigation and transactional experience in construction law. Candidates must have good academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, demonstrate a commitment to the highest ethical standards, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Preference will be given to candidates with an undergraduate degree and/or significant prior work experience in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Utah or be willing to become a member of the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another state in the U.S.
