MassHealth transportation drivers are expected to be courteous, adhere to scheduled pick-up times, only travel to approved locations, and not use headphones or cell phones while driving. They provide curb-to-curb service, meaning they may offer assistance getting in and out of the vehicle, but are not required to assist beyond that point. Drivers must wear company-branded ID badges and should not make unscheduled stops. Members should receive a welcome letter from their assigned transportation broker, which includes contact information for scheduling rides and addressing concerns. Must have a valid Massachusetts license.

Approved Locations:
Drivers can only take you to addresses approved on your transportation form.
