YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As a room attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces. You will come into contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. You play a very important role and will contribute to a unique experience for each of our guests every day.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
  • Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
  • Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
  • Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
  • Clean hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
  • Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
  • Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
  • Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
  • May perform similar duties as requested by team leader.

Requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience and/or Training - Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
