About the Role:

We are seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.

The Home Health Aide plays an essential role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in their own homes. This position ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering high-quality support tailored to their unique health needs. The Home Health Aide collaborates closely with healthcare professionals and family members to implement care plans effectively and monitor patient progress. By fostering a supportive and respectful environment, the Home Health Aide helps enhance the quality of life for patients, promoting independence whenever possible. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the continuum of care by enabling patients to remain in their homes safely and comfortably.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent credential as required by the state.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements.
