For the past 85 years, Dickey's Barbecue Pit has served millions of guests Legit. Texas. Barbecue alongside their iconic Big Yellow Cup. The Dallas-based, family-founded barbecue franchise serves slow-smoked meats and home-style sides with 'No B.S. (Bad Stuff)' included for dine-in, drive-thru (select locations) and pick-up. Position Summary

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist potential customers who call the Catering Hotline; make recommendations that are within customer's budget while increasing sales.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Dickey's menu choices and catering styles.
  • Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales.
  • Follow through with all catering sales and leads.
  • Call, Quote, and Email all leads within 24 hours of submission of inquiry date.
  • Update dashboard with updated statuses.
  • Follow up with guest on quotes.
  • Follow up with franchise owner regarding orders confirming readiness.
  • Report daily/weekly sale/lead generation updates.
  • Call and/or email all follow ups
  • This role is part-time

  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts that include some nights and weekends
  • Exemplary phone persona
