Responsibilities

ThesuccessfulChiefExecutiveOfficer,TenetPhysicianResourcescandidatewill:

• Developandimplementstrategicplanstoachieveorganizationalgoals,providingleadershipinplanning, organizing, monitoring, and improving the operations andquality of programs and services tophysician-owned practices.
• Leadthedevelopmentandexecutionofinnovativeinitiativestoenhancepatientcarequality,operational efficiency, and provider satisfaction.
• Cultivatestrongrelationshipswithphysiciansandproviders,promotingcollaboration,engagement,and alignment with Tenet Health's mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
• Drivethetransformationandintegrationtoaresults-oriented,patient-firstculture,ensuringstandardpractices and common metrics across operations, geographies, and specialties, while addressing unique needs.
• Facilitate,implement,andprovideefficientadministrativesupportforexistingphysician/providerpracticesand physician/provider recruitment related to ambulatory clinics, new practice start-ups, and divestiture activities.

• Lead with asolid understanding of various service lines and delivery models within allmarkets, collaborating todevelopplansforexpansionofservices,performanceimprovement,and/orconsolidationbasedonmarket demographics and facility/service line volume projections.
• Overseetheimplementationofnewservices,utilizingdifferentbusinessmodelsandstrategicrelationships withexternalpartnersandphysicians,supervisingandcoordinatingthereviewprocessforallnewservices and acquisitions.
• Promoteacultureofthehighestlevelsofphysician,provider,andcolleagueengagement.
• Leadactivitiesthatsupportsuccessfulfinancialperformanceandproductivityofclinicalandbusiness operations, assuming accountability for the financial performance of the enterprise.
• Overseeallphysicianemploymentagreements,professionalserviceagreementsforphysicians,andany contract provisions, updates, and revisions. Negotiate and maintain necessary contracts for ambulatory medical director services, business relationship contracts, and leases in support of services within the respective service area.
• Collaboratewithpatientcarestaff,healthsystemadministration,andsharedservicestopromoteefficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Establishandpromoteeffectiveavenuesfortwo-waycommunicationbetweenleadership,providers,and colleagues.
• Leadateamofcolleaguesinhumanresourceinitiatives,includingperformancemanagement,educationand development, selection and retention, workforce planning, coaching and counseling, and activities that promote colleague engagement and satisfaction.
