Duration : 5+ months

Pay Range: $18.65/hr (W2) Max

Job Description:

  • Legal Assistants review court documents in various counties in the State of Arizona to determine if proposed substantiated allegations were adjudicated or dismissed prior to adjudication.
  • Based on this review, the LA will reach out to field staff inquiring which documentation is needed to support the proposed substantiated allegations.
  • Once these allegations are processed, LAs utilize the new Central Registry Tier system to fit allegations to the applicable tier.
  • In addition, LAs will research and review applicable tiers for an additional 173,000 substantiated allegations.
