Associate Client Order Coordinator (Intake Processor)

Onsite

Tallahassee, FL Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

We're hiring an Associate Client Order Coordinator for our Litigation Management Services Team. You'll work directly with Customer Service Representatives and vendors across the country. Particular services of this team include prepping and indexing legal documents. Our Intake Document Processors are empowered to solve customer inquiries and problems quickly and professionally. Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Reviewing and preparing legal documents
  • Completing data entry of customer information
  • Taking documents and scanning them into the internal database
  • Problem-solving issues related to customers and documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Electronic filing and retrieval of documents

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
