Position Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Roles Responsibilities
• Stay on top of weekly updates from all groups within client legal and NA legal & compliance teams
• Prepare and write weekly reports in Korean for management on key topics
• Legal analysis, research, issue spotting on key issues
• Tech background would be a plus, a self-starter who is efficient and motivated to work and learn about upcoming 5G, AI, and interest in overall technology
• JD from an accredited law school required
• 5+ years of legal experience required
Skills
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for businesses
• Summarize cases and their application
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations
• Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking)
• 5+ years of experience
Education
• JD from an accredited law school required
