Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13/hour + monthly commission
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Total Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance

This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.ย 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
  • Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
  • Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
  • Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
  • Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

  • Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
  • Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
  • Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
  • Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
  • Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
